WHere is a simplified version of a drink found on our latest cocktail list. This is a party-sized pre-mixed that is bursting full of tastes associated with festive period, making it excellent for hosting a holiday party. Save the extra cordial for morning drinks, sweets, or to mix more rounds of the drink.

Serves 10 guests
To make the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
To make the Cocktail (produces 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml citrus syrup (see above)
Fresh cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Instructions
Making the Syrup: Place every ingredients into a pot, bring to a light boil, stirring so the sugar melts. Then, take off the stove and let it to cool down completely. Transfer to a sealable bottle, seal and refrigerate it in the fridge, where it will keep for around four weeks.
Preparing the Cocktail Base: Mix every spirits and syrup into one large bottle, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then pass it through preferably using a fine cloth, making it completely strained.
For serving: Add 85ml from the batch mix to a stirring glass filled with ice, and agitate lightly for a minute to chill. Strain to a cold coupe glass or similar, top with some cranberries and complete it by giving it a brief mist of mandarin oil over the drink.
